As everyone who uses the Web knows, everything is always in a state of flux. Right after this article was written,the folks at Idealist re-worked their site and added some new features, including a totally new look and smoother navigation system, opportunity for volunteers to create profiles with automatic e-mail updates when a position is posted, and other things. All in all, a good site just got even better, which we expect to see happen with many of the sites we described.
