Nikki Squelch has been involved with volunteering and community development in the not-for-profit sector in both Australia and the UK for over 13 years. She is currently employed as the National Volunteer Development Officer for Age Concern England (http://www.ageconcern.org.uk/). Nikki has a range of experience from volunteering with youth and being a trustee, to engaging volunteers in a hospital setting, older people's charity and volunteer centres in the UK.
