Saskia Rinkoff has extensive experience in Volunteer Management in the Arts & Culture sector. She worked as a Volunteer Engagement professional at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival), Luminato Festival, imagineNATIVE (Film and Media Arts Festival) and currently leads the team at Harbourfront Centre. Her passion is to create and develop engaging and community-based volunteer strategies that include professional development opportunities for youth, adults, and seniors alike with an emphasis on customer service, accessibility, and inclusivity.
Rinkoff has been active in leadership positions for TAVA (Toronto Association for Volunteer Administration), now defunct, and VAACT (Volunteer Awards for Arts and Culture Toronto). She created three training modules in collaboration with Volunteer Toronto and VAACT that focus on Ontario Human Rights and Equity, 2SLGBTQ+ communities, and accessible customer service. In addition, she received the Employer of the Year Award in 2023 as part of the Canada Connects mentorship program in partnership with CultureLink.
