Vivian has been working on developing an online learning community of volunteer managers, through the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo, Ontario. She has been volunteering in numerous organizations for about 20 years, including Community Mediation Services, Chairing the School Council (the Ontario version of a PTA), and working with various environmental organizations. Professionally, she's a facilitator, was an engineer, and is moving into the field of online learning.
