Scott Martin is a Volunteer Services Administrator with the Delaware Volunteer Resource Center. He has been involved in volunteerism for 15 years, serving in a variety of settings including a state office of volunteerism, United Way, national service program and small non-profit. Scott is the lead instructor for Delaware's certificate program in volunteer management.
