Tobi Johnson is president of Tobi Johnson & Associates (www.tobijohnson.com) and founder of VolunteerPro (www.volpro.net), an online training and professional development community designed to save time and accelerate skills and impact. With over 30 years nonprofit experience, she focuses exclusively on training and consulting with nonprofits to strengthen their volunteer strategy. Johnson also authored Chapter 1 of Volunteer Engagement 2.0: Ideas and Insights for Transforming Volunteer Programs in a Changing World (www.energizeinc.com/store/volunteer_engagement_20_0), edited by VolunteerMatch.org and published by Wiley & Sons in 2015.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Johnson is a graduate of the University of Washington and has a Masters degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She now lives in East Tennessee with her husband and feline office assistant, Bailey.
