Cindy French-Curtis is the Volunteer Coordinator at the El Paso County Combined Courts in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has been a volunteer coordinator for more than nine years and got her CVA in 2007. She loves working with volunteers, and believes that each volunteer has different needs that must be met in order to maximize their volunteer experience and she loves making that happen. Sometimes the experience is life-changing for the volunteers.
French-Curtis has been on the local DOVIA board for three years and has reviewed essays nationally on the CVA Peer Assessment Committee for those hoping to obtain their CVAs. She lives in the Colorado mountains with her husband, their horses and other pets, and enjoys their children and 10 grandchildren. French-Curtis also enjoys freelance writing and painting.
