Michael Fliess has worked in the field of volunteer management for the past 16 years with a focus on the health care sector. He has held volunteer management positions in several Toronto-area hospitals, served as Survey Lead for the Standardized Volunteer Opinion Survey administered by PAVR-O, and was artistic director of The Creative Force, an organization that developed creative programs for residents and patients in hospitals, long-term care and mental health settings.
