Beverly Epps has been Director of Patient Support Services at the John Randolph Medical Center (www.johnrandolphmed.com) in Virginia since 1987. In addition to her work at John Randolph, Epps has made significant contributions to the broader volunteer management community through her involvement in the Virginia Society for Directors of Volunteer Services (VSDHVS), where she is a past president. In 2007, she served as national president of the Association for Healthcare Volunteer Resource Professionals (www.todaysvolunteer.org), formerly American Society for Directors of Volunteer Services.
