Susan DeGolier is President of the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration and Director of Volunteer Services at Ridgeview Medical Center, Waconia, Minnesota. She has served in several board positions, including President, for the Minnesota Council of Directors of Health Care Volunteers. DeGolier holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel College, St. Paul, Minnesota.
