Connie Cook has been in the field of Volunteer Management for over 7 years and holds an Accredited Public Relations designation. She has continued as a part-time continuing education student with Mount Royal College in Calgary and has finished her Adult Education certificate along with many other select courses. Currently she is the 2nd Vice President of the national organization, the Canadian Administrators of Volunteer Resources (CAVR), and is certifying June 2004 to add the CAVR designation to her portfolio.
Connie works as one of the Managers of Volunteer Resources at the Glenbow Museum in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and is enjoying working with her team in a growing and successful volunteer program.
Connie is the proud mother of two very talented children who are also very involved in active volunteering. She is a great admirer of Marlene Wilson, Susan Ellis, and the entire team at CAVR who are all continuing to lead the way in volunteer management!
