Christine A. Burych has been a leader in the field of volunteer management within the mental health sector for over 15 years. As the director of Volunteer Resources at Canada’s largest teaching and research hospital for mental health and addictions, she was instrumental in developing best practices in volunteer management that has been recognized nationally. She led strategic planning for Professional Administrators of Volunteer Resources – Ontario (PAVR-O) during her term on the board of directors. She manages her own leadership consulting company, StarlingBrook, which specializes in mental health strategies for the workplace.
