Currently a writer with Interact Communications in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, Heidi Griminger Blanke has been an instructor in the School of Business at Viterbo University in Lacrosse, where she taught courses such as Business Career Exploration, Human Resource Management, Interpersonal Management Skills, and Leadership in Management.
She earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organization and Management, Leadership from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota (2005), with a dissertation titled: “Non-paid Leaders: An Exploration of Their Leadership Approaches.”
Heidi is an active volunteer in several community organizations, including serving on the board of the Coulee Region Humane Society and Lacrosse Girls Choir.
